How we make money, and what we never do
Short answer
No wheelchair maker or seller owns us, pays us, or gets a say in what we publish. We do not earn anything from our links yet. If we add affiliate links later, we will say so on every page that has them, and they will never change a score or a rank.
Do you have a relationship with any brand?
No. Nobody on our team owns, works for, or is paid by any brand we rank. If that ever changes, or if a team member owns a chair we review, we say so at the top of that chair’s page.
What will we never do?
- Accept payment, free products or loans in exchange for a review or a better rank.
- Let a brand see or change a review before it is published.
- Decide an order first and fit the numbers to it. Any list we publish states its rule, and any future score will come from a formula we publish first.
- Show search engines or AI assistants different content than we show you.
- Invent test results. Pages built from sample data for our own layout tests are never published.
What if you get something wrong?
Write to [email protected]. We fix errors, note the fix on the page, and log changes to our methods in the methodology changelog.
